"Where Sincere Leads, We Ride the Waves" ——Sincere Holds 2025 Spring Team-Building Event for Management Staff

In the intervals between busy work, a passionate and warm team-building activity, like the warm spring sun, injects new vitality and strong cohesion into the team. In April, the spring breeze is warm and the sun is just right, which is a good time to embrace nature. In order to enhance team cohesion and stimulate the passion for struggle, Shandong Sincere went to Nanjing from April 26 to 27 to carry out a two-day team-building activity for management cadres. From the review exchange meeting to climbing Purple Mountain, from extreme challenges to warm sharing, this journey is not only a relaxation of body and mind, but also a compulsory course for the team on trust, breakthrough and growth.

1. Review and Exchange Meeting

In order to summarize the strengths and weaknesses of the work from January to April 2025, summarize the experience and lessons from the shortcomings, and better complete the task indicators, we held a unique review meeting in Nanjing Branch. At this meeting, everyone actively prepared, expressed their opinions, and systematically summarized and deeply reflected on their respective work.

2. Climbing Purple Mountain

The road to mountaineering was not smooth. The steep slopes and winding paths brought certain challenges to everyone. However, with the mutual support of the team, no one chose to give up. Along the way, everyone appreciated the beautiful scenery of Purple Mountain, felt the fresh air in the mountains and forests, and exchanged work experiences. The atmosphere was very harmonious.

3. Night Tour of Confucius Temple

As night fell, we came to the bustling Confucius Temple. As a historical and cultural district in Nanjing, it is brightly lit, with ancient buildings and modern lights complementing each other, like a beautiful painting.

4. Visit Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum

Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum is the mausoleum of the great revolutionary pioneer, Mr. Sun Yat-sen. The architectural style here is solemn and elegant, and magnificent. Climbing up the long steps, our hearts are filled with admiration for the revolutionary ancestors. On the afternoon of April 27, everyone came to Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum. Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum has a history of more than 600 years. It can be called the first royal mausoleum of Ming and Qing Dynasties, representing the artistic achievements of royal architecture in the early Ming Dynasty.

The event ended with laughter and harvest. The two-day trip left everyone with deep memories and warm emotions. Through this team-building activity, not only did it relieve everyone's work pressure, but it also enhanced communication and collaboration among teams, creating a positive, tenacious and upward corporate culture atmosphere. This team-building activity is not the end, but the starting point for team upgrading. In the future, the company will use this team-building activity as a link to inject the trust, execution and innovation tempered in the activity into daily work, meet challenges with a fuller attitude, and embrace the future!
